Free Shipping in the
USA!
Free Shipping by First Class US Mail to all US addresses for retail orders. We typically ship within 3 or 4 days of receiving your order. It is best to allow full 10 business days for delivery unless you choose the Priority Mail option.
Priority Mail for only $6.00 (within USA only) per retail order is a choice. if you need faster delivery than standard First Class U.S. Mail. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days but may take longer during the Holidays.
If there is a delay due to low stock we will send you a notice immediately of anticipated ship date and give you a chance to change your order.
Returns: Our pins come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our pins for any reason return them in the original packaging within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or exchange the items.
International Mail
We use International Priority Mail for all International Orders. International Priority Mail now costs $16.75 (as of Jan 23, 2012) and provides receipt within 10 business days. We receive tracking data for the orders.
Canadians will receive free shipping regular post for all orders over $75 USD if desired. Otherwise, choose the International Priority Mail option when checking out. |
